"Anytime, any place, any pace learning: moving your F2F course online"

This is your opportunity to share Mary Schooneveldt's experience of developing and implementing a fully online TAA course that has opened up new avenues for the training provider and proved highly successful with students. The session will provide an opportunity for you to reflect on the design process and leave with some practical tips on how to get started and how to develop an online learning environment.

Some background

Mary Schooneveldt has a long involvement with vocational education and training, community education, professional development of teachers, and e-learning as an instructional designer, a manager, a teacher, and a learner. Mary is an experienced information technology teacher and Certificate IV TAA trainer and has worked on many projects involving a diverse range of learners, teachers and training organisations. Building on her experience as an assessment & workplace trainer and RPL assessor Mary developed content, assessment items and delivery strategies for GippsTAFE for an online Certificate IV in Training & Assessment which she currently facilitates. Mary is a former National Project Manager, Inclusive e-Learning, for Australian Flexible Learning Framework and currently is an e-learning mentor to community/private training providers in the Southern Metropolitan Region of ACFE.
